Business Development Specialist

The candidate for this position needs to be dynamic and creative. He should possess the talent of hitting targets and achieving goals. Your tasks shall be focused on but not limited to the following points:

1- Help the sales team in achieving their monthly sales targets.
2- Opening up new accounts and projects.
3- Assisting other staff members with technical info, providing them with technical guidance and support.
4- Follow-up all sales team current/existing customers aiming to increase their sales figures.
5- Visiting projects on site to determine new opportunities and generate new leads.
6- Coaching new staff in product knowledge and orientation.
7- Your efforts to support the sales team in selling MAB and DORMA products out of the total target.

• Age: 24 - 28 years.
• Educations: Bachelor degree.
• Minimum of 2-4 years working in the field of business development.
• Heliopolis and Nasr City residence is preferred.
• Working for trading companies with industrial background is preferred.
• Capable of facing challenges and solve conflicts.
