Team Leader Sales Engineer

This position requires someone with strong sales, presentation and communication skills. Someone who has sold products for corporate industrial projects specially for (Windows, Doors, Glass Entrance, wooden Entrance, Aluminum Entrance)Solutions. You should work on studying, monitoring and understanding the market different sectors. You should be capable of reading your clients requirements, and needs to translate them into proposals and order intakes.

Your job should act as a sales supervisor who is responsible for a team of sales enginners, who focuses on different segments in the market and works on milking them to the best of achieving targets and boosting sales volume.

Your tasks shall be focused on but not limited to the following points:

· Achieve monthly sales targets.

· Establish, develops and maintains strong business relationships with current and prospected customers in the assigned market segment.

· Works on visiting customers on regular basis, and doing necessary presentations.

· Analyze the market potentiality and determine the value of existing and potential customers.

· Managing and supervising the sales engineers to them best of achieving his and their sales targets.


• Age: 23-26 years.
• Educations: Bachelor degree.
• Owns a car is a must.
• Strong Knowledge of AUTOCAD is a must.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Language: minimum very good English language.
• Minimum of 2 years of outdoor sales experience.
• Heliopolis and Nasr City residence is preferred.
• Working for trading companies with industrial background is preferred.
• Capable of facing challenges and achieving targets on time.
